healthy nutrition for the last 25 years. They clearly show that when you eat healthily,
that is, vegetarian, and you have a healthy lifestyle, you reduce the risk of a
number of diseases, some of which you even completely eliminate.
Of
course there are deviations. An extreme case is when someone smokes, smokes and
lives up to ninety years. The other extreme is a man who eats a healthy, purely
vegetable diet and has enough to live up to sixty-five. We each think we are
the exception. This is the mistake of today, that everyone thinks that
something else applies to him. It's not true. Studies clearly show what
benefits and harm.
