of California, Los Angeles.Previous studies have shown that there is a very low
incidence of Alzheimer's disease in India's rural population - only 1% of
people over 65 suffer from this degenerative brain disease.Dr. Frautschy has
given curcumin-rich food to medium (9 months) and higher (22 months) age rats.
Such fed rats did much better in memory tests (maze orientation) than their
contour lines to which curcumin was not administered. As early as 1974,
extensive scientific literature research provided scientists with clear
evidence that not every person needed cow's milk, as the billboards of the dairy
industry proclaimed for many years.
